The AI Collaboratory is a year-long learning and working experience for HR leaders ready to move from conversation to action.

Recognizing the distinct role Bay Area HR leaders play in adopting new people practices and technologies, the sessions will bring together forward-thinking leaders to thoughtfully explore the people and organizational implications of today’s most transformative technology, Artificial intelligence.

Working alongside AI experts, leading academics, and senior HR peers, participants will co-create an HR-led AI maturity model and practical roadmap addressing the people considerations essential to lead a responsible, AI-enabled transformation. To ensure the results of our work serve the greater good of the larger community, the session outputs will be open-sourced on our website and shared broadly.
