Building Organizational AI Readiness

Our First session in a three-part series of AI Collaboratory focuses on what it truly takes for organizations to adopt AI successfully—beyond technology. We will examine how people, culture, and systems must evolve together to enable meaningful, people‑centered AI transformation.

Designed for senior HR leaders, this session clarifies the strategic role HR leaders play in organization’s AI journeys, and helps participants strengthen their ability to ask the right strategic questions, and influence executive teams. 

 

Key Focus Areas:

Organizational Readiness:

        • People, Culture, and Systems: Examine how these elements contribute to successful AI adoption and organizational transformation.
        • HR’s Role in AI Adoption: Help HR leaders understand their evolving role in their organization’s AI journey, particularly in influencing business success and supporting organizational transformation.
        • Strategic Questions for HR Leaders: Equip HR leaders to ask the right questions to guide their organizations through AI adoption effectively (e.g. implications of AI on workforce planning, organizational design, etc, etc).

    HR Leadership:

        • Defining HR’s Role: Clarify the role of HR leaders in AI adoption, emphasizing their responsibility to influence executive teams and ensure people-centric strategies.
        • HR as a Strategic Partner: Highlight how HR can support business leaders in navigating AI-driven changes, ensuring alignment between AI initiatives and organizational goals.

    What to expect:

    Session will include presentations from thought leaders, Chief People Officers, facilitated discussion sessions, and networking.
